*Dear Friends,

This poster about an upcoming opportunity for members of the community with
no or inadequate health insurance to find resources for prescription
medicines has come to our office and I am passing it on to you for
consideration and possible distribution within your own network.  I have
checked with those in the health care reform area and this group,
partnership for Prescription Assistance is well funded but it can offer some
immediate assistance to those in need.  I and Churches United are simply
passing this along it does not carry our endorsement.

Attached is a flyer for the *Partnership for Prescription Assistance bus
stop in Moline on Monday, April 7th.*  Joey Pantoliano, star of TV series
The Sopranos, will be with the bus this day to greet people and talk about
the program.

The Partnership for Prescription Assistance helps those who are uninsured or
underinsured who can't afford their prescription medications, and is a free
program.  The bus is equipped with computer terminals and cell phones so
that people can receive assistance on the spot.  Anyone having trouble
affording their prescription medications who would like to stop by are
encouraged to bring a list of their medications for help.
