[Pacg] Reminder: PACG General Council Meeting Tonight! 6:30

Friends,

As you may know, Mr Groundhog, Punxsutawney Phil, has declared that Spring
is on the way! This past week has been a welcome reminder that it won't be
long -- Even though Winter often weighs heavy and encourages hibernation
from the cold, it will take a lot more than rain, sleet and snow to slow us
down! And yet, with the most recent and welcome signs of warming, we are
preparing to ratchet things up a bit and really "SPRING" into action!
