[Pacg] NAACP Freedom Fund Banquet

  The Davenport Branch of the NAACP will host its annual *Freedom Fund
Banquet, Saturday, September 22, Isle of Capri Convention Center,
Bettendorf. *

Famed musician and storyteller, Dr. Jesus "Chuy" Negrete is the featured
speaker, and will expound upon our national organization's theme, "Power
Beyond Measure."  Dr. Negrete's message will center on the adage "…strength
in numbers," and the importance of ALL colors assembling together on a
unified front to eradicate social injustice and mend race relations.

Ticket prices are $35/person.  *Tickets will not be sold at the door*.
