*During the month of September, the United Nations Association of Iowa and
friends, including the Sisters of St. Francis, Clinton, who sit in the
UNA-IOWA Board, are sponsoring a series of foreign policy forums across the
state - one in each Congressional District.*

*Presentation in Davenport:*   Kathleen McQuillen will review U.S. foreign
policy on the topic of poverty and hunger and then open it up for audience
discussion.  There will be two or three rounds narrowing the topic with
questions posed for the audience.

*Taping:*  We will tape the program and also have a transcription.

*End Product:*  The end product will be a publication that will include
pictures and quotes from Iowans discussing the issue.

It will be sent to our congressional representatives.
