[Pacg] Iowa House Passes Civil Rights Bill... to be signed... HOORAY!!!

 *Great news!  In a historic moment for all  Iowans, the Iowa House passed
the Civil Rights Bill last night with bi-partisan support and the Iowa
Senate voted to concur with their version.   Governor Culver is expected to
sign the bill -- and Iowa will become the nineteenth state to protect
citizens from discrimination based on sexual orientation and the tenth state
to protect based on gender identity.*

In addition, a big thank to Iowa's legislative leaders.  The bill was guided
through the Iowa Legislature by floor leaders Senate Majority Leader Mike
Gronstal (Council Bluffs) and Rep. Beth Wessel-Kroeschell (Ames) and
received the backing and support of most of the legislative leaders—Senate
Majority Leader Mike Gronstal, Senate President Jack Kibbie, Senate Minority
Leader Mary Lundby, Speaker of the House Pat Murphy, and House Majority
