*PACG Leadership & Activist Training Sessions – Mark your calendars!*

**In our efforts to grow and increase our effectiveness as community
advocates and

organizers, PACG is creating a leadership training program to develop the
leadership capacity of our forum leaders and other active members. We will
hold three training sessions during *April 14th, May 5th, and June 9th* that
are designed to empower and inform our leadership. This training will be
hosted and facilitated by the Creative Leader's forum.

The following topics will be covered:

   - Creating dynamic issue forums


   - Framing the message of your forum


   - Promoting effective outreach


   - Thinking & planning strategically


   - Creating a powerful media strategy


   - Promoting effective alliances


   - Values clarification


   - Effectively presenting policy research

The first training session will be held at the Bettendorf Public Library, 2950
Learning Campus Drive at 18th St from 10am - 12 noon (all sessions will be
at this time). Bagels and coffee will be served.
